Korean girl groups are all the rage in the Asian pop scene right now, but Chinese girls are no pushovers either. Taiwan's latest all-girl idol group GIA, short for "Girl, It's Awesome", is made up of four smart, talented, and beautiful young ladies - Mina, Alina, Amily, and Yuli, who are all college-educated and are 168cm tall on average. GIA debuts in summer 2010 with its self-titled mini-album, which comes with three songs of different styles and their instrumental versions, as well as the bonus track "Dreamer", which was designated as the fund-raising theme song for the 2010 Shanghai Expo.
